The free CAERI county reference layer — every county's score, tier, pillar percentiles, and the per-county data files — is published for reuse.

Attribution to “StrataHelm CAERI” with a link to the source page is the license condition.
Each county page carries a ready-made citation block (APA, MLA, Chicago) with the access date filled in — copy it from the page you're citing. The general forms:
APA: StrataHelm. (YEAR). [County] County, [State] — Community AI Exposure &
Resilience Index (CAERI vX.Y.Z) [Data set]. Retrieved [DATE], from [URL]
MLA: "[County] County, [State] — CAERI." StrataHelm, YEAR, [url]. Accessed [DATE].
Chicago: StrataHelm. "[County] County, [State] — Community AI Exposure and
Resilience Index (vX.Y.Z)." YEAR. [URL]
Every county has a stable identifier of the form caeri:FIPS
(e.g. caeri:38017) shown on its page.
County URLs follow https://stratahelm.com/counties/{state}/{county}/
and are permanent. If the scheme ever changes, the old address redirects (301)
indefinitely, so a citation never breaks.
Each county page provides an <iframe> snippet that embeds a
compact score card with the attribution and link back built in.
