You may share and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit and link back. How to cite

Each county page carries a ready-made citation block (APA, MLA, Chicago) with the access date filled in — copy it from the page you're citing. The general forms:

APA:     StrataHelm. (YEAR). [County] County, [State] — Community AI Exposure &
         Resilience Index (CAERI vX.Y.Z) [Data set]. Retrieved [DATE], from [URL]
MLA:     "[County] County, [State] — CAERI." StrataHelm, YEAR, [url]. Accessed [DATE].

Every county has a stable identifier of the form caeri:FIPS (e.g. caeri:38017) shown on its page.

Permanent URLs

County URLs follow https://stratahelm.com/counties/{state}/{county}/ and are permanent. If the scheme ever changes, the old address redirects (301) indefinitely, so a citation never breaks.

Embed a county card

Each county page provides an <iframe> snippet that embeds a compact score card with the attribution and link back built in.

Machine-readable data

• Per county: a JSON file linked from each county page ({county}.json).
• National: caeri-national.csv (all counties) with a companion metadata file (sources, vintages, license). Column definitions are on the data dictionary.
